Lists of Firms with Foreign Shareholders - Variable Payment

Search, select and export lists of Romanian companies with shareholders from various countries. Multiple search criteria by country, percentage held in companies, as well as by turnover from the last financial year.

Foreign shareholding
By Foreign Shareholding we mean natural or legal persons (companies) that hold shares in companies registered in Romania. When creating a list, you can set the minimum percentage you want. You can select up to 5 countries simultaneously when creating a list.

Free Update 12 Months
The saved lists will be updated for free by the system every month for a period of 12 months. New companies appearing in the list, as well as those that no longer satisfy the initial criteria, are highlighted, and the modified list can be exported in an Excel file.

Prices for Exports of Companies with Foreign Shareholding

The related prices depend on the number of exported companies, as follows:
- 1 and 50 companies: 30 ron / export
- 51 and 100 companies: 50 ron / export
- 101 and 500 companies: 100 RON / export
- 501 and 1000 companies: 150 RON / export
- 1001 and 3000 companies: 200 RON / export
- 3001 and 5000 companies: 250 RON / export
VAT is added to these amounts.
